Valves are an integral part of any powder process system to isolate or control product flow which can be manual, pneumatic, electric or motor driven. Flexible connections on valves allow for ease of installation and servicing.

 

BFM^® fitting connectors provide visibility of the product flow while eliminating any dust leaking into the production area, resulting in fewer clean-ups required and a safer environment for operators. The simple snap-in installation means BFM^® fitting connectors are also fast and easy to remove and replace improving overall operating efficiency.

 

For applications that are mounted within hands reach of equipment containing potentially dangerous rotating or moving parts, the tool release option provides additional safety for production and maintenance staff as the snap bands require a specifically shaped tool for removal.  On high pressure differential applications such as rotary valves BFM^® fitting Seeflex 060 connectors are an ideal solution due to their increased pressure resistance and ability to maintain form under pressure.
